Fixing the remuneration of the manager of EURL
The remuneration of the EURL manager is free
In principle, no legal provision defines the manner in which the remuneration of the manager of an EURL. This manager can exercise his functions free of charge (no minimum allowance is imposed by law) or be paid in return for these missions.

Regulate in writing the remuneration of the manager of EURL
The terms of manager's remuneration must be settled within EURL statutes (quite a rare case in practice since any change in the calculation of remuneration requires a modification of the statutes of the EURL) or, more commonly, in a separate document (the sole shareholder makes a unilateral decision and records it in a decision report of the sole shareholder integrated into a register. He may make changes to it at any time subject to the drafting of a new report ).
If the non-partner manager of an EURL awards himself a higher remuneration than that granted by the sole shareholder, he incurs civil and criminal penalties, and dismissal for just cause (resulting in the end of his duties as manager).
When the sole shareholder is also the manager of his EURL, he himself sets his remuneration as corporate officer without this decision being subject to any other control.
The remuneration of the manager of EURL is free and must be recorded in writing, in the statutes of the EURL or in the minutes of sole shareholder's decision.
