Why change the Kbis when the manager changes address?
The data relating to the administrator of an EURL/SARL are considered as essential. They are presented in the "Management, direction, administration, control, partners or members" section of theKbis extract of the company, and contain the surname, first names, nationality, date and place of birth of the manager.
Any interested person can order the Kbis extract of a company and thus know precisely the address of the manager of an EURL or a SARL. This is why it is strongly recommended de notifier any change to the registry of the commercial court in order to to sychronize the details appearing in the register of commerce and companies (RCS).
Declare the change of personal address of the manager on the Kbis of the EURL or the SARL
It is possible to modify the personal address of the manager on the Kbis of the EURL or the SARL without having to write a report, to publish a legal announcement or to rectify the statutes. It is right to complete Form M3 SARL-SELARL (cerfa no. 14580 here). here's how complete the different frames :

The Form M3 SARL-SELARL has a total of four pages, but the last two are filled in automatically. It remains to send the document to the registry of the commercial court with an Payment by check, or file it online at infogreffe.fr or Guichet-Entreprises.fr.
Change of residence of the manager: what formalities?
The law allows a company (EURL/SARL) to locate its head office to the manager's address, i.e. to the manager. In the case where the latter moves, it is then necessary transfer the registered office of society too.
Many legal procedures are to be carried out: drafting of minutes, distribution of a legal notice of transfer of registered office, rectification of the articles of association, completion of an M2 form and filing of an application for amending registration in the trade and companies register.
