Publish a legal announcement of the incorporation of an EURL
Required information in the announcement of the creation of an EURL
THEnotice of establishment of an EURL must contain informations required. Many are identical to all legal notices for the creation of commercial companies
These details are prescribed by means of article R210-4 of the Commercial Code:
- The methods of writing EURL statutes (notarial deed or document under private signature) as well as their date of signature;
- La EURL corporate name followed by its abbreviation (if applicable);
- The legal category of the company (“EURL” or “Unipersonal Limited Liability Company”);
- The amount of the share capital of the EURL (and the amount of the minimum capital when the EURL has variable capital);
- The full address of EURL head office ;

- The name, first name and address of the Manager;
- The surname, first name and address of the Statutory Auditor;
- The indication of the court registry where the company will be registered in the trade and companies register.

Disseminate a legal announcement on the occasion of the creation of an EURL
Once the sole shareholder has drafted and signed the statutes of his EURL, he must insert a notice of incorporation in a newspaper authorized to receive legal announcements, in the department where the the head office is located.
This notice of incorporation may be signed :
- Either by a notary who received the company deed (in the case of a notarial deed),
- Either by thesole shareholder ou the mandated manager (in the event of a private deed).

Please note that the rate is higher when the broadcast takes place in Mayotte or Reunion. In this case, it amounts to €146 excluding taxes.

The newspaper that receives the announcement will provide a certificate of publication of the notice of incorporation of the EURL.
