Price of dissolution-liquidation announcements: variable rate until 2023
The costs of legal business closure notices are not fixes. In reality, they vary according to several criteria, among others the length of the announcement and the department of dissemination. It should be remembered that for a amicable termination of a company, it is necessary to publish two legal announcements: a notice of dissolution and a notice of liquidation.
The first informs third parties of the early dissolution of the company and of the amicable liquidator appointed by the partners. It also mentions the place where the liquidation operations will take place. The second, signed by the amicable liquidator, specifies that the partners have approved the final liquidation accounts and are completing the process. The deletion of the company is effective at its radiation.

The PACTE law of 2020 has given rise to a reduction in the costs of the acts undertaken. The reduction applies from 2022 to acts of creation and now extends to closure. Reductions for legal announcements of dissolution and liquidation
Before the reform, a legal announcement of dissolution cost around 150 euros excluding taxes and that of liquidation around 125 euros excluding taxes.
