As soon as the SASU is registered with the RCS, its name is exclusively attached to it. From that moment, it can prohibit other companies from using it.
Change the commercial name of a SASU
The sole partner of a SASU can change at any time corporate name. In order to make this adjustment, the following steps should be followed:
- decision taken by the sole shareholder and drafting of minutes,
- modification of the statutes of the SASU,
- publication of a legal announcement on the change of trade name,
- constitution and sending of a file to the registry of the commercial court or to the CFE.
