Until the end of 2023, the Business Formalities Center (CFE) is authorized to receive registration requests one-person simplified joint-stock companies (SASU). There are many CFEs across France which constitute a network to facilitate the administrative procedures of companies (creation, modification, closure).
However, the organization to which to file the SASU file may depend on the nature of the activity (commercial, liberal, artisanal or agricultural) as well as location of the registered office. The PACTE law, intended to facilitate business creation, provided for the replacement of CFEs by a electronic single window. The transition will take place gradually and will be completed from 2023. The formalities for the constitution, modification, dissolution and liquidation of SASU can already be filed on the website managed by the INPI. This electronic portal will become the one and only recipient formalities from the year 2023.
